This is a pretty funny story that my mom might have already told you but……. My mom and I went to Circle Centre Mall yesterday and there were these advertisements for like free modeling competittion or something like that. So you know mymom was like ” Ohh Emily you have to do this.” And I was like no way in the world was I going to do that. I mean it was right in front of everyone all these people were walking by and I didn’t want to be embarrased. So we start walking away and then I just new I was going to regret it so I went back got my little sheet and sat in line…. We were there for awhile so I finally just said no way I’m to nervous I can’t do it. So we are leaving were almost to our car and I was like you know what I can do it…. And I went back got in line and it was finally my turn. I WAS CRAZY nervous. But the photographer was soooooo nice, and funny. He was like now guve me some attitude and he made me do one of those flippy hair things i was so fun! So after you got to look at them and they weren’t that bad he was like “ohh that one is model and ohh thats my favorite, and look at those eyes,” he was so cool.
So now they go to this agency and they look at the pictures and then we bought ours and so you all will be able to see them some time. This does not mean to much but you never know!!!!!!!

So you all know by now that I’m going to Summit and I love it so much. This year has been so awesome for even though I thought it would never end, but it finally has, and I can’t wait to be an 8th grader…. Its going to be so much fun because I’ll be able to do alot more things and I won’t be missing stuff from coming in the middle of the year! I recommend Summit very much and anyone would love it…. So thats that but you’ll never believe what happened the other day! Erin and I were over by that Traders Point Shopping area and we were shopping in Old Navy and after that we went to Marsh to buy candy for the movie, and when I was looking for money I found sunglasses that dropped into my purse from Old Navy. They still had the tag on them and everything! I was freaking out……. So I just ran into the store and put them back and just walked out. I was SNEAKY!!!! I was sooo scared I hope that never happens to me again!

Disney

Well, in case you didn’t know, I went to Disney with the brenners and harrisons. Which was like awesome fun!!!! I just love em so much. Richard was the collest to have there because he knew everything about everything at Disney. He was so helpful and cool. I loved having Bryan their to ride the rides with me….. And Elaine making me feel at home, and keeping me laughing also thank you so much for the bracelet ” I love it.” Amy also was SO MUCH FUN she made me laugh and let me have so much fun, and thank you for the journal! I also love the girls so much….. Even though sometimes they might seem annoying or craziy I love em… Because they make me laugh so much and I love wtching them grow up like to be able to see them just grow into these girls is amazing. And Hayes is a hoot. He is so funny and so loving like he is so sweet and cute. He also makes me laugh all the time. Thank you so much Elaine, Bryan, Richard, and Amy for letting me come and have so much fun!!!!! I would go again in a second!!! Love ya.

Brown House and Not Growing Up

Right now threee of the beans are in Cinncinati at the Brown House and the one other is in Columbus playin some volleyball. But right now I am hangin out in the Brown House ( kinda bored ). I’m loving seeing all these people so much though…. They are all so nice and loving but also are craizy and so much fun..

My title is a weird combination but I just wanted to talk about both. So with the not Growing up thing….. I found myself when I was babysitting Grace Brenner ( who was asleep ) listening to the Little People cd which I also sang to. Also I was getting sort of bored so I got out the Disney Princess’ coloring book, and I was totally loving it singin and colorin, but when I was on may way home I realized how much I am not growing up. Its so funny….. But the thing is I feel like I have been twelve for like 5 hundred years and I am about to turn thirteen and I am so ready to be thirteen… I basically sick of people asking me how old are you and I say 12 and there like ” Oh, My Gosh,” you look like your fourteen. So now I can say that I’m 13teen. Well I really probably won’t be changing mush but I’m ready to be 13teen. Well, I love you all and hope to see you soon………

Weird Friends!!!

So I just LOVE my new school but of course theres always that first joke somebody lays on you, but this joke wasn’t funny. Its really hard to explain but basically my friend said that she liked this guy and I was like well I bet I can get you two together and stuff but I was playing around not actually serious. Then she told the guy about the bet. So I said well then its off, so then she told me that she thinks he really likes her so I said well then the bet is back on……. So my friend and I stayed one day to watch the fencing club, and the guy she SUPPOSBLYliked was there, so she called me that night and told me that he liked asked her out or something I really don’t know but then she said the were together or as we Junior HIGHERS say goin out……. But then just the other day they both came up to me and was like it was all a joke… We are not goin out and we dpn’t like each other. But I mean they held this joke for like two weeks, I wouldn’t of been so mad if they wouldn’t have dragged it on. But now everything changes and it was just so weirrd. So now I am over it but hopefully nothing that big of a joke will happen again.

Memories

Lately so many memories are coming back to me.
Some from Mr. Bostick and my Traders point friends and others of me swimming because I really miss it so much. Speaking of that I could really use some prayer on setting what sport I want to focus on because it is really hard to do both, but I think that whatever sport I pursue more, the other one will never leave me and it will always keeping doing it.
What is really making me sad is that no one from Traders Point has called emailed me or anything. I miss everyone sooooo much but going to Summit has really helped me find friends that remind me of my other ones ( I don’t call them my old ones ).
I love you all so much………

New School Update

Well,everyone lately has been asking how my new school is going so here I go….

Just going to update you on what kind of school SUmmit is. Its a classical teaching school, which basically means that they teach differently then most places and there really isn’t science, social st. and classes like that. I enjoying it so far and becoming more and more comfortable. The people there are extremely nice and fun to be around. The only problem is that this is not a great school to come in the middle, because there is so much people already know that I don’t. The respect though is totally different than Lincoln, especially towards girls. Like….. when a girl stands up to read or anything the men have to stand up until the ladies sit down, they have to seat the ladies like at a ball or something, and they get everything first. Its really nice actually for women to get respect like that. I’m really excited fo whats next… Well I’m reading the Iliad which is extremely long and I have to ketch up on like 6 books ( chapters ).

Top Five Movies To See

So if your wondering what the Bean fam has been watching lately here is our chart of totally awesome movies…

1. Napoleon Dynamite, we greatl;y reccomend this movie for some family laughs.

2. Finding Neverland, this moving is AWESOME ( so is Johnny Depp ), it is definelty a tear jerker but it has one of the best meaning and everything.

3. Return of The King, this movie is totally cool, but you need to see the first to Lord of the Rings first, it is great and it is wonderfully made.

4. Elf, Oh my gosh this movie is hilarious. You definetly have to see this one.

5.And I can’t excatly think of the last one.

Another New Start

As all of you know I go to Lincoln Middle School, a piketownship public school. At first when I went I enjoyed because of the freedom and a few other things. But now I do not like it at all. The people there are one thing they just all are imiature, gross, and weird on many different levels. Also I think I am one of the only people at Lincoln, that want an education. I am the only one who even asks question at Lincoln. I’m the kind of person who likes to understand things, I don’t just want to walk away from something. So at Lincoln kids tell me I’m obbsessed with school. Its just so imiature, and I am just done with it. I will only be at Lincoln for one more day, Monday. I’m so excited, its gonna be great not going back to that school.

WE have been thinking a lot about schools. But what it might be is that I will be homeschooled for the next semester or something. We checked out a school called The Summit academy. Its the smallest school ever. There are only ten seventh graders and there is a limit of 12 people in every calss, and there really only is one class of each grade. It is at the College Park Church Ministry building. Well that is all for now.

Chapter 8

Cindy slowlly walked up the long wide and never ending staircase. SHe could hear yells from her parents about the slaves being gone. She could not think of anything she could do to cover it up. She would have to tell the whole truth. WHen Cindy finally made it up to her room she slammed thee door shut and went under her bed and pulled out a small box. In the box were pictures drawings book, and memories she had kept with her all the years. One was a post card her grandmother had sent to her. It read, ” Dear child, for I know the pain and anger you have to see in that castle and the mourning you must portray, but I want you to know that even when there is darkness everywhere, your heart can show the light. Cindy read this over and over again. She realized what she had to do, and she couldn;t take it all in. Cindy new that she must tell her parents everything, including the church Cicillia and Tom. ” CIndy come DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW.”…….
